Individual Therapy

There are many reasons why people go to therapy. Therapy can help address issues that cause distress, interfering with your daily life. Distress can be experienced through negative or overwhelming thoughts, feelings and behaviours. The short answer is that we all need help. And the sooner you get help, the sooner you can address the issues getting in the way of the life you want to live.

Individual Therapy Session: $200 per Session

  • Sessions are approximately 50 minutes, which allows time to complete notes, update your file and to prepare for the next client.

  • Reduced rates are available for for those experiencing financial difficulties. Contact us for more information.

  • We offer both online video and in-person therapy sessions.

Couples Therapy

Relationships aren't easy. They take work. Every couple goes through difficult periods that may seem impossible to work through. It's never too early to seek help. At New Growth Psychology, you can learn to grow together, work through hurts and hang ups, create new and deeper connections, and establish a solid foundation on which to build your relationship.​​

Common Relationship Issues Include:

Couples Therapy Session: $200 per Session

           

  • Sessions are approximately 50 minutes, which allows us time to complete notes, update your file and to prepare for the next client.

  • There is a cost for couples completing the Gottman relationship check up questionnaires. 

  • A sliding scale is available for for those unable to pay full rate. 

  • We offer both online video and in-person therapy sessions.
